Utility regulators have recently amended and made a number of changes throughout all the sections of the 'Gas Supply ACT' which include the mandatory requirements of undergoing a 'Hazardous Area Classification' assessment, the installations of IECEx Certified gas detection units and building owner's responsibilities of supplying and maintaining an up to date site 'Hazardous Area Verification Dossier' in accordance with AS 60079.14.
